Yes — it’s a free community workshop. There’s no cost to attend and no obligation to work with us afterward.

Not at all. Whether you’re months or years away, the workshop helps you build a realistic plan and understand your options.

Yes. A big part of the session covers down payment assistance programs and low-down-payment loan options designed for first-time buyers — many people qualify for more help than they expect.
How often is the workshop held?
We run it quarterly — about once every three months. If this session’s date doesn’t work for you, register anyway and we’ll let you know when the next one is scheduled.
How do I attend online?
